There is nothing more inspirational than spending a few hours viewing the work of artists, including painters, printmakers and photographers. Today, I had the g0od fortune to attend the Artist Project Toronto which showcases the work of Canadian and international independent artists. It runs all weekend at Exhibition Place in Toronto and is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. You can also purchase any of the original art from the 175 + juried contemporary artists. If you are looking to breathe some life into your space, original art is always worth the investment.
These are a few pieces (mostly paintings) that I was taken with. All of the images are from the exhibit website. (I took some photos with my iphone but the quality really didn’t do the art justice.)
